Our sweet potatoes were grown without pesticides or herbicides and offer that beautiful, rich sweet potato color and flavor.  We cure them to allow for extended use, but don't know how long they will last in your kitchen once you start using them, they are SO good.  
 
Here are some of our favorite recipes:
Sweet potato fries-
Slice sweet potatoes (thinner will get crispier, thicker will stay softer) and coat in olive oil or melted coconut oil.  Then we sprinkle a little sea salt, cinnamon and cayenne to taste.  Bake in 425 oven in a single layer on a cookie sheet for about 20-25 min.
