Vendor Order Fulfillment Terms

Please read these Vendor Order Fulfillment Terms ("Terms") carefully before placing an order with ReEvolution Farms ("us," "we," or "our").

By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please do not proceed with the order.

Order Placement and Confirmation

Orders: All orders placed with us are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our discretion.

Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email or other means of communication. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance or availability but serves as acknowledgment of receipt of your order.

Product Availability and Substitutions

Product Availability: We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels and fulfill all orders in a timely manner. However, product availability is subject to change due to factors beyond our control. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and provide alternatives, such as a substitution or a refund for the unavailable product.

Product Substitutions: In cases where a specific product is unavailable, we may offer a suitable substitute of equal or greater value. We will notify you of any substitutions and seek your approval before proceeding with the order. If you decline the substitution, we will refund the corresponding amount.

Return Policy for Products

Thank you for shopping at ReEvolution Farms. We take pride in providing high-quality food products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns about the products you have received, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns:

a. Perishable Items: Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on perishable items, including fresh produce, dairy products, meats, and other temperature-sensitive items.

b. Non-Perishable Items: Non-perishable food items may be eligible for return if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Reporting an Issue:

a. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective food product, please contact us within 3 of receiving your order. Provide us with a description of the issue, along with any relevant details and supporting evidence (such as clear photos).

b. Quality Concerns: If you have concerns about the quality of a non-perishable food item, please contact us within 3 of receiving your order. Please describe the issue in detail, including the product name, batch/lot number, and any relevant information.

Resolution Process:

a. Assessment and Verification: We will review the information provided and may request additional details or evidence to assess the issue effectively.

b. Refund or Replacement: If the issue is verified, we will offer either a refund or replacement for eligible non-perishable items, at our discretion. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Instructions:

a. Perishable Items: Unfortunately, perishable food items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. If you encounter any issues with perishable items, please contact us immediately so we can address the concern.

b. Non-Perishable Items: If you are instructed to return a non-perishable food item, we will provide you with specific return instructions, including the return address and any necessary shipping details. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Packaging and Condition:

a. Return Condition: All returned non-perishable items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

b. Proper Packaging: Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

a. Gift Cards: Gift cards or vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

b. Custom or Special Orders: Custom or special orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

Refund Processing Time:

a. Refund Timing: Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 90 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
